  • Order Confirmation: Once you complete your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This serves as acknowledgment of your purchase, but not as a final acceptance of the order. Flysonali reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order if there is an issue with payment or stock availability.

  • Payment Processing: Upon placing an order, we will authorize the payment method for the full amount of the purchase, including any applicable taxes and shipping fees. Your payment will only be processed once your order has been confirmed and is ready for shipment.

3. Currency and Pricing

  • Currency: All prices are listed in USD (United States Dollars).

  • Taxes: Sales tax will be applied to orders in accordance with the tax laws of the state to which the items are being shipped. The sales tax amount will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

6. Order Cancellation and Refunds

  • Refunds: If you are eligible for a refund based on our Refund & Return Policy, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on the payment provider.

7. Payment for In-Store Purchases

If you are shopping at our Flysonali showroom located at 502 Hevey St, Manchester, New Hampshire, we accept the same payment methods listed above. For in-store purchases, we also accept cash payments.
